Hi right now I have a samsung impression (which doesn't have a data plan) which Ive had for 3 or 4 months. My question is, is it possible to upgrade from my impression to an iPhone 4 and how much additional money would it be for the upgrade (separately from the 9.99 cost of the actual iPhone)? Any help would be helpful, id especially appreciate input from at&t employees or people who have done something similar. Thank you

You can only get the $199 price if you are eligible for an upgrade. If you got a new contract with the Impression then you are not eligible for an upgrade and will have to pay full price for the device:
Device No-Commitment
16GB iPhone 4 $599.00
32GB iPhone 4 $699.00
There will also be an $18.00 upgrade fee and then you will have to choose between the $15.00/month for the DataPlus 200MB for iPhone or $25.00/month for the DataPro 2GB for iPhon
