can i just buy a sim card from t-mobile and put the plan on it with out buying a phone and then buy a phone in walmart. in case you need to know wich phone it is, it is the t-mobile samsung vibrant.

No do not listen to Matthew because when you will buy the Samsung Vibrant at Wal-Mart they will give you the sim card and get you all ready to go. So, i find no point in getting a sim card when they will give you one. I hope that i helped you!
