how can i block a cell phone number on my boost mobile motorola i465 clutch?

With boost phone you text 9999 but the word block and phone number with no dashes and you will receive text back number have been block. Also text help and it show you how to work feature

I had this one caller computer calling me every day 5-6 x a day starting every morning at 7am! HURRAY!!!!!!!

do you type phone number TO: 9999

OK, but what if you want to unblock it? Do you just type ublock to t he same number?
 
If the person tries to call again after I have blocked their #, how will their # show up on my phone or will it just go to voicemail?
