How do I get a single division in ESPN Fantasy Football?

For the life of me I don't see any options in the League Manager version of ESPN Fantasy Football to switch my league to a single division of 12. It is stuck on 2 divisions of 6 each.

There are no options to switch it under the "Teams and Divisions" tab.

Click "Edit teams and divisions"

Next to each team there is a drop down box that allows you to select each individual team's division. Switch all of them to be from the same division. You will then have the option of deleting the second division.
