Can you use a Rogers Rocket stick with an Apple Ipad?

Just wondering because i know a friend that bought one early before the 3G came out...we are curious if the Ipad wifi can be used with a Rogers Rocket stick. Thank You

i bought a 16 gbs wifi ipad 2 and also bought the camera connection kit which comes with a usb adapter and a memory card reader ($35) hooked it up to a rogers rocket stick and all of a sudden i had a ipad 2 16 gbs wifi + 3g.
