LG Rumor Touch or Samsung Seek?

I have the Samsung Rant right now, but the charger is broken. So either I will be getting a new Rant, or a new phone all togeetherr. The two phones I cant decided between are the LG Rumor Touch, and the Samsung Seek. I love samsung phonees, but the LG phonee seems to be better.

What phonee is better? pros and cons? include anything you feel that is imporant

and a question about the Rumor Touch can you change the wall paper?
