Jul 9, 2010 #1 C CarolF New member Jun 22, 2008 4 0 1 My heel is bleeding a little & it hurts. I'm diabetic & have plantar fasciitis so I am never barefoot.? It appears to be a small puncture. I put neosporin on it w/a band-aid. This has never happened before. Any ideas as to what this is?
