What is this gadget for windows 7?

there is this Windows 7 gadget where there are these icons and its like a scroll thing, if you get what i mean. like if you have a folder in your bar thing, you put your mouse over it and then like the sub-folders come up then you click them and then the files come up


If anyone knows what i am talking about please tell me and give me a link to where i can download it
