Recommend me some sci fi parodies?

I am looking for funny Sci-Fi- Films like Galaxy quest, Starship Troopers and Dark Star. Also the trashy "Star maidens" series is good for me.
Does anyone have some more suggestions in this genre?

Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy - both the BBC miniseries and the new movie with Sam Rockwell, Mos Def, Martin Freeman, and Zooey Deschanel

You might also like the new seasons of Doctor Who -- not strictly comedy, but I find them hilarious a lot of the time

Spaceballs is one of the best.

There is one called Hardware Wars that may be half an hour long. I want to say it was in the late 70s. The main characters are Fluke Starbucker and Ham Salad. Auggie "Ben" Doggie is another character.
