Need some Suggestions on Great films in Blue rays.?

I was picking some movies on blue ray quality from aido,com. I saw a lot of old films and began to wonder ..would they be good to watch on a LED TV. I saw that Avatar looked great and so did transformers 2. But i dont know what to select.

I need 2 more films. I want them to be good on LED TV with blue ray. I would really like graphics and special effects. Need some actions / fiction films like Avatar.

Two more amazing films that are in blue ray are Spiderman 3, and the Dark Knight.
