A good plan from Telus?

Tomorrow I'm getting a Motorola Backflip, from Telus. I'm wanting a phone plan that has unlimited texting (for Canada and United States), a good amount of talk minutes, and preferably internet, but it doesn't have to have it.
Do you know of a good plan that includes all of this and the approximate cost?
 
go to the telus mobile website and take a look at all the plans they have
if you want something for internet then a data plan would be good
I have a 30 doller plan and I get unlimited local text and like 150 airtime mins and like 6pm evening and weekends plus 6 months of free local cals
but deff go to http://www.telusmobility.com
