i want to cut off the couple extra pounds i have gained recently. i have a good work out plan organized i plan to run 7 miles per day, except sunday (this is required for cross country practice) and i weight lit in my spare time. the main problem i have is sticking to a healthy diet. i always tend to find myself looking down at an empty candy bar wrapper in my hand either that or about 10 of them in the trash! i am 15 and i weigh 176 pounds and i am 5'8". i want to hear some good ideas about how i can follow/create a diet plan that will help me lose weight so i can bet back in shape for cross country in the fall. thank you!
