How do I add Contacts?
How do I use the internet?
How many pics/videos does it take?
How do I text?
How do I lower the volume and higher te volume?

I just got the blackberry pearl yesterday!

Your not having PDA problems, you having reading problems. You need to be patient and sit down and read the manual. Then when you have a specific issue, call your service provider tech support or ask your question here. Don't be lazy, RTFM!!
