My husband and I keep hearing, what sounds like a whining dog. We looked for it but there are no dogs outside. I look up and I seen a bird sitting on the edge of the roof. Is there a bird that sounds like a whining dog? If so, what kind of bird is it? We live in Virginia Beach, if that will help.
