Help! 6 days since Telus pre-assessment and no call back!?

On May 11th, 2010, I went in for a Telus pre-assessment test. They told us there that we would be contacted within a week either by phone or email. I have heard from others that if the HR rep. contacts you by phone, that means they will ask you to come in for a face-to-face interview. If you didn't get the job, then they would send you an email. But now it's May 17th, 2010, I have not got an email nor a phone call from telus!

What should I do? Should I go there and ask what's going on? Should I call?
