What about this situation? I unexpectantly approached my crush (whom I have an inkling may like me, because i've seen him look at me a lot but rarely talk to) When I first approached him to ask him a question about our class project, he made good eye contact but had a difficult time responding with what he was saying. He tripped over a few words but then walked me over to the project to discuss it and then made eye contact again and talked to me (without tripping oever his words) and made prolonged eye contact so much that I had to look away frequently because he never did. Was it most likely because he was comfortable, interested, or what?
(i personally don't make a ton of eye contact with a guy I'm NOT interested because it's creepy.) I wasn't creeped out in this case, because I liked the guy but looked away and then back again because I'm shy.
