Where can I report pedophile websites to the authorities (FBI or whatever)?

I am a huge usenet/newsgroup junkie- so much so that iv'e set up macros to automatically download remote content directly to my harddrive for my review later (1000s+ files daily). Needless to say the content downloaded is usually relevant to my search terms... but everyday I come across 50-100 or-so files that contain images of kiddyporn that sickos have uploaded for other sickos to enjoy. When this first started to happen, id go into cold-sweats and frantically delete the illegal material off my computer, for fear that big brother and my ISP would collaborate and send me to jail. But this happens so frequently, now I want to get involved and shut these creeps down.Ive noticed that alot of these twisted photos contain weird website names hosted in other countries like- http:\pe.dophi.le(not an actual site, just a made up URL to give an examp)Since I come across so many of these sites.. where can I report these websites to the FBI or somebody who will enforce justice?

If they're based in the U.S., then it's http://www.fbi.govIf they're international, interpol might have to get involved, but the FBI will be happy to help.It might help them out too if you can give them the IP numbers of the users doing it. Good luck, and good lookin' out.

start with your local PD, they will make sure the right action is taken. They may "Borrow" your hard drives to help track the perverts down.Cheers

Really impressed with what your doing but this is just a thought, if you can do this why can't the police or crimestoppers do this.Keep up the good work.

CVIG76 once again, is correct. (Will you ever stop beating me to these questions?!!) fbi.gov has a link for reporting child porn, pedo sites, etc etc.I will say though that they just give you a confirmation # and that is about it. Save the reply from them - good luck -
