why does my dog look skinny and undeveloped?

she is a 15 week old lab but is really skinny. her name is Lilly. she goes in her crate alot and also her coat looks raggedy, even after we brush her, AND her coat is greecy even if we give her a shower. i dont know wats rong, please help!

Look at feces for worms. My dog ws skinny like that-wetreated for worms- and now she has bulked up alot.
