1996 Nissan 200sx A/C Problem?

My 1996 200sx 1.6 Liter Nissan isn't blowing A/C or heat out of the vents in the car. It blows a little out of the top dash vent by the windshield and a little on the floor vent, but not from the vents that are directly towards me. How do i fix this problem... Its starting to get really warm and kinda chilly in the morning. Any help please?/
 
Your dampers are not working. Im not sure if in your particular vehicle they are manual or electronic controlled but that's what the problem is. These little doors inside the vent tubing that direct air to the different vents. The main one is not working. If it is mechanical then the cable that pulls it might have gotten jammed, broken off, or corroded and stuck. It's not something i sugest you should start fixing on your own unless you have some mechanical background. It involves taking of dash panels.
