Questions about the Motorola cliq??

i want to get the cliq does t mobile make you get the internet plan?and will the phone work without the internet because i dont really want the internet? i just want to use it just for the regular talking, texting, and picture messaging. THANKS FOR THE HELP

if you are willing to buy the phone at full price, then yea, you're able to do that. You would be able to do everything that a cliq can (use it as an mp3 player, download apps, play games) the only difference would be that you would need a wifi connection to do anything internet related
