Telus mobility vs bell mobility?

We live in north eastern British Columbia Canada. Currently our
mobile service is through telus mobility but we have had so many
issues in the past few years with customer service (or lack there of) that
we are considering switching to bell mobility. The phones we have
had through telus have continually stopped working and it's not because
of how we treat them. It's things like the radio function that stops
working so then you cannot make or receive phone calls or texts.
And the phone is less than a year old. We cannot have this as we currently
have a toddler, a baby on the way and my husband drives truck for
a living. Telus refuses to send out a replacement phone but has offered
that we can buy a new one at full price (again!). I'm sorry this is more
of a rant than a question but I would like to know your thought on which
company offers better service and plans! Thank you!
