Completely free ringtones?

i need a website that can send me completely free ringtones (with out charge) and doesnt need internet because my samsung gravity does not have internet please helppp
ive tryed phonezoo didnt seem to assureing to me and with ventone i never received the messages
there is a way to get ringtones with no internet connection i knoe bc one site offerd that

There is absolutely NO WAY you will be able to download ringtones without an internet connection. A workaround is to download ringtones in to your computer or laptop, then transfer it to your phone. www.zedge.net is one of the best websites that has ringtones absolutely for free.
If you have gprs enabled on your mobile, then you can go your SIM card services and there should be an option to download ringtones. BEWARE, they might actually charge you for this.
