Look and see if the author has contact information listed. If there's a real name listed on the site then you should be able to do an online white pages search to find an address. Other than that, you'd have to contact the website host to see who owns the account, and most providers will not give out that information. If there's not an address listed on the page, chances are you won't find anything on it.
