Have you install the driver software for the mobile phone in the pc?
If you have not, there is no wonder that pc cannot connect/detect the mobile phone
Try installing the software and drivers first

connecting my china mobile to pc with data cable usb charger working. but, p/c
doesn't detect mobile.? is it cable prob r mobile hardware prob? pls clarify me.
