cell phone: MTS vs Rogers vs Virgin vs Telus. and PrePaid vs Plan. I live

in Winnipeg Manitoba? I'm looking at getting a cell, but don't know who to go with. I've been told Rogers is great. that MTS is great and also sucks, but shares their towers with Virgin. this has been proven, therefore the same reception for both. who to choose, I'm mostly staying in Manitoba
also the ordeal with which plan: prepaid might be best, o I can just load up the phone and then run it dry. I haven't had a cell before, so I doubt I'll use it so much that I'll need a big-saving plan for.

decision thus far: I think I'm going with I'm going with Virgin's Prepaid plan. or maybe one of their cheap $20 ones. they don't have ANY extra fees

If you actually stay within Winnipeg then they are all reasonably good. If not, you will find that MTS has the best service in Manitoba.
