i need help i have been having this craving for a long time but my friend has my smokes and it like 3:30 in the morning 
and i cant sleep anything i can do to stop the craving and get to sleep ?
i never felt like i was addicted to cigarattes befor cuz i used to just some with friends like the odd time but then i guess i started to fell like i need one sometimes and then i started to fiend them i no that its bad and all that crap you can lectur me all you want but all i really need right now is to get rid of this craving so i can go to sleep
