About an 8. It's gotten better over time. I tend to use my own recipe. Not so much "following" a recipe, more "altering" it to meet my husband's needs. I have gotten closer to doing things from scratch too. Every once in a while from a box, like tonight was hamburger helper.

buy for sure..from a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the worst), i give myself 10 for cooking..i suckk!

I give myself a 7 because I know a lot about food. I can cook a couple really good dishes. But there's still so much I want to learn.

I cook Italian mostly- I just think up ideas & sometimes add as I go along... & everybody loves it
