Can you buy a sidekick in Canada? Can you use it through Telus?

I think, and don't quote me on this, the Sidekick is available only from T-Mobile in the US. You could get a used one on ebay but you would have to contact TELUS to find out if it will work on their HSPA network. TELUS sim cards are $10 and phone unlocking is done by a third party company and costs about $20 - $40.

HI yes you can buy sidekick in Canada and freely use it with telus sim only if the phone is unlocked one .Else if the phone is locked to some other network provider then you can't freely use it with any other GSM sim until you unlock it .You can easily unlock your phone using sites like Mobile-Unlocker.com they are providing unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost .The cost to unlock your phone depends on the network to which it is locked at present .
