Alright, I just downloaded an entire season of House MD, only to realize that the sound won't work. I've tried opening it in Quicktime and DivX but neither play the audio. In DivX, this message pops up:
You may need an additional audio decoder to play the soundtrack of this file.
This file contains a track in the Dolby AC3 Audio (code "8192") format. You may need to install a DirectShow decoder for this audio format in order to hear the soundtrack of this file.
I've tried downloading DirectShow and it just comes up with a text file. I'm not that computer savvy, but I'm using a MacBook Pro, and I'm thinking that might be the reason DirectShow isn't working.
Can anyone help me? How can I fix this?
