chinese kungfu, karate, ufc, mma, boxing, which is the most powerful?

This question is stupid. UFC isnt a fighting style, but a company that host mixed martial arts events. Also MMA could be any combination of martial arts in the world so that includes chinese kungfu and boxing. Atleast do a little research before you ask a question

these are all styles of fighting. none of them are most powerful, its the way in which they're used that makes them powerfull. the most skilled would have to be kungfu but the most concentrated would be boxing

Look up the Fight Science channel online. It has a couple studies that give results to Type of kick, type of punch, and different weapons used.
I know this is an open forum but it might be better to just google the web instead of being ragged on here about not knowing UFC is not a style..
Good luck

all of them, except UFC cause it is a company. anyone of those can overcome any one of those with the right training, teacher, practice and dedication,

if your looking for specifics, savate probably teaches most powerful kicking, boxing punching- although Bas Rutten is a kickboxer and had the most powerful punch on FIghtScience, grappling probably catch wrestling or sambo. but it is all in the teaching and practitioner's abilities as well.

just remember there is no "best all around package" that is why they needed to mix martial arts in the first place

and also, some claim BJJ to be the best, consider this a catch wrestler named kazushi Sakaraba beat 4 Gracie's some out of his weight class...

There are hundreds of Chinese Kung fu styles, and UFC is not a fighting style, it's a MMA promotion.

No single style is the most powerful, it depends on the practitioner.

Um, UFC is a showcase of MMA, which is a combination of any of the other forms you've mentioned, so this question doesn't make the most sense.

I'd say the strongest fighting style though would have to be some type of MMA, which has the potential to combine the most effective moves from all other martial arts styles.

UFC of course is not is fighting style, Mixed Martial Arts could be any combination of anything.

So the only arts you really have on there are Kung Fu, Karate, and Boxing. All which involve primarily striking.

As MMA has demonstrated, a successful fighter needs to have good grappling skills, whether or not he prefers to grapple or strike. If he prefers striking, then he uses his grappling ability for take-down defense, and to continue to fight and/or try to get back up if and when he is taken down. A stand-alone striker has no chance against someone who is well-rounded.

If I had to pick only one style, by far the most pressing would be grappling.

Do some research before you ask

The most 'powerful' methods of fighting are not on your list, they would be: Catch Wrestling, Pankration, and Tae Kwon Do.
