I have never actually seen the movie, I am just wondering why it is considered to be such a bad film? What about the movie was so bad?

mainly the dialogue, and poor usage of two extremely iconic veteran actors later in the film. its not the worst movie ever made, not even close, but i'd never watch it again. not very memorable or interesting.
