...I get help?I don't have insurance...? I've been smoking KOOLS since I was 12 years old and have slowed down and changed brands of cigarettes but I just cant seem to quit...I own a business and everybody that works for me smokes and I enjoy smoking way too much even though its killing me...It is my stress reliever and I do have a lot of stress and I love the taste...
 
You didn't say where you live which can be important. First, remember that smoking is both psychologically and physically addicting. so, for you to quit smoking you will need psych and medical help. There are quit smoking free clinics in most large hospitals, especially those that have research departments. Also, I strongly recommend for you to contact your local MHMR office. They have trained therapists there who can help you and also refer you to others who can help you. You pay only what you can afford, which can very minimal. God bless you and good luck.
