recommend good bluetooth headset for mobile and laptop? .. that works.?

i have a laptop with vista, and i purchased a previous motorola bluetooth ear piece. it works fine with phone however wanted to use it with skype and MSN (voice chat) but could never get it installed, some issue with vista apparently. So im looking for another that will work with vista. any ideas?
ive tried the update route, no good. Looking for another one now.

try updating your drivers. I had that similar problem and it was because my bluetooth module did not have those extra features. After installing the new drivers for the module I got like three new features. It's not a vista problem so try going to your manifacture's website, look up your computer, and find the right driver.
