I was wondering why my collect calls will not work at all. I was told by the operator to dial 0-area code-last 7 digits. I get to the Telus Long Distance center/thing and go through all the directions but the call will not work. When it should be dialing it says the little automated message 'you have a collect call from ____ will you accept the charges?' over and over again, and than it tells me the call couldn't be completed. I will call the person normally though right after and they will answer and they said they never got a call or anything. I've tried on my cell and on a landline with the same result. I'm trying to call from Vancouver Island to Central Alberta. Any suggestions?
