i got hit by drunk driver?

i got hit by a drunk driver tonite, totalled my car,

my head hurts like a really bad headache. the driver got taken for a dui,

we both had the same car(white 2 door focus) and we both got hit in the front but no airbags deflated,

i mean not to sound greedy but ho i collect from this? i mean fom the drunk drivers insurance company , and is there anything i can do to go after ford?
