'92 - BMW - 325i - Instrument cluster problem.?

I have a relative that all of a sudden had his instrument cluster act up on him.... Here's the facts......

1. All lights work... eg. turn signals, high beams, check engine etc.
2. Odometer dosen't work at all... (at least dosen't light up)
3. Tach, Speedo, fuel and other gauges do not work / move.
4. All fuses are OK

Any ideas?
Help would be greatly appreciated!!!
