Will sports authority fix my bike?

I bought a BMX from sports authority less than a year ago. They said if it broke they would fix it for free. I need to know if i need a receipt or if they can just check their computers.
 
It's an insurance waranty. They should've registred your information in their computers (Name, bike model, etc), so you should be good to go in for repairs. Or, if you can remember, ask for the name of the man you bought the bike from, and jog his memory on the event.
