Is this a good quality cricket ball????

Hey,

I want to buy a ball which i can scuff up on one side and keep completely shiny on the other, for maximum swing. Ill be using it on a real bat and everything so i dont want it to be a crap ball...so do you think this is a good quality ball for what its worth???
