No, of course not.
Most atheists are rather well educated, and from homes where freedom of thought and expression was encouraged.
The other two are generally from poor homes, no symphony, no college, and very little in the way of good food to build good brains, and little in the way of push, drive, or intelligence.

To answer your question though, no, I never heard a rapper or gangbanger say they were atheist.
I don't think so. I think the connection is socioeconomic.
