Need help with an unlocked phone for Einstein?

Since I plan on going with Einstein, I am looking for a cheap, unlocked phone to buy. Though I get confused when it says "Unlocked GSM phone for AT&T or T-Mobil."

Is that phone still be able to be used with Einstein then?


For instance, is this phone usable?

Note : Unlocked phones are very expensive to buy . Better, you can buy a carrier locked phone and unlock it by using unlock code . You can get it from any of the online vendors like TheUnlockSpot.com to unlock it and use it with any other GSM sim cards internationally .
