What do the numbers on the bottom of the can mean? How can I tell expiration date/manufacture date? How do I know if the dip is fresh?

The last two letters of the is the month and the date it was made for example the s666106h9 the h is the 8th letter of the alphabet so it is the 8th month of the year which is September so the 9 is the date of the month so it was made September 9th..
