My telus samsung sph-a720 will not recieve text messages I can send them and my boyfriend gets them but I can get his!!argh! so annoying.. anyone have any ideas? i've taken they battery out 4 times and still not working..

Call TELUS from a landline (1.866.558.2273) and have the tech assistance rep troubleshoot your account. It's likely just a setting error on the network end. Calling from a landline makes it easier to do because they will need you to do certain things to your cell phone while they speak with you.
