Has anyone got a ticket for Cellphone use while Driving?

In California it is illegal to use your cellphone, talking or texting while driving. But I see people doing it everyday, even police officers and I haven't heard of anyone getting a ticket. What's up with that?
Maybe they're enforcing it and I'm just not hearing about it.

What about you guys? Have you heard anything about this?
 
No, I'm in Michigan.But, I got a ticket a couple months ago for having snow boarding goggles hanging on the mirror. I didn't even know it was illegal. They are out for money.
 
I've never gotten a ticket for it. But you still shouldn't do it. Even if you don't get a ticket or even get warned by police, you are still endangering the lives of people inside and outside of your car. Think about that the next time you think that it shouldn't be enforced.
 
They should give out tickets to everyone who messes with a cell phone while driving. It's a danger to everyone on the road.
