by both(front and rear).is this correct? Also which foot is supposed to be supporting you (and the bike) while trying to stop(left or right).I use right.is this correct as well?
Apply both brakes at the same time. Shift down to first gear and when you come to a stop, place your left foot on the ground leaving your right foot on the brake.
