My phone is stuck in this weird mode . i can still text my phone looks the same when somebody calls me or when i call them i cant hear them or cant they hear me. its been like this for two days and my cell phone is a chocolate verizon buht idk likee . i dont understand and i really need it well anyways al least tell me how to get out of this mode !

Take it to the Verizon store and have a tech look at it.

either you have internal problems in which a verizon rep needs to look at it. or you have a software problem in which a verizon rep can update it. either way you need to take it to verizon
