Difference between Djarum Black Cloves and Cigarettes?

Clove cigarettes are tobacco mixed with cloves.
Personally, I consider cloves to be just as bad as processed tobacco. Just because they may not put the same chemicals in it, doesn't mean it won't bother your lungs just as bad.
Cloves are a natural anesthetic, and so will numb the back of your throat and wherever else it reaches. You will then inhale heated smoke deeper and hold it longer.
