Does anyone know how to put MP3 songs on the LG ax565?

I just got this phone from my sister and she did not put files into the music part of the phone, only the multimedia section. She does not have instruction book. I blue toothed song to phone but it goes to the multimedia instead of music so shows up no files in music section. Do you have to have a data cord to make this work?
