How fast does it take to download a game demo from xbox live?

my xbox takes a long time to download a game demo anywhere from 2 to four hours depending on the size

skate 2 took about 4 hours but i believe that was 1.5 gb is this normal

also my connection is good enough to play halo and cod4 and WaW on live

mine takes about the same amount of time. it may be due to the connection

depends how big the demo is
