fishing with 2 poles??????????????

i dont really get what ur trying to say. if u are saying a fishing liscence, u dont need one until u are 16 and up. as for fishing with 2 poles, i do that all the time (rig a big hook with big bait, cast it really far, leave it for a while and at the same time rig a sabiki and fish until the big one comes on the other one)
