Is this an okay time 100m sprint.......?

okay im in 7th grade. first year in track. our coach was timing us for 400m 300m 200m and 100m but i forgot all the times besides the 100m. well we did the 400m 300m 200m back to back before the 100m (i was very tired) so i know i could make my time way way way better. plus i didn't have my spikes with me :'( shame on me.

100meters- 15.00sec exactly

Yes i am a 7th grader to and i run a 14.28 in that event
And i have spikes too so i may be a bit slower with regular runnung shoes

well when i was in year 7 my personal best time for the 100m was 13.02 and i'm a girl..
